|Recommended: YesExperience At Windmill Cove — A few days after I moved in I notice some chopping marks on the kitchen countertops. I took a picture to show management because I forgot to include the damage in my initial walk-thru. Three days later the countertops were refinished. Amazing service, and the maintenance personnel moved my lizard terrarium into a bedroom and shut the door so the fumes didn't bother him!

|Recommended: YesLike It Hear But Upset About Snow Removal — I would tell them the above but otherwise i would recommend it. I fell on Sunday and scraped up two of my knuckles going out to the trash. l fell where a car had been parked under the cover but here has not been anybody out to take care of this area. am extremely careful about how I walk, and had a hard time getting back up because of the ice on the parking lot. i have not contacted the office yet about this. The office people here are great and have had my concerns taken care of quickly in the past. I wonder why this complex doesn't have a snow blower instead of men out with a shovel and putting down minimal salt. I have watched many people slip here and almost fall! I feel this company should put more energy and money towards this.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live I Always Feel At Home. — windmill cove is my home , the staff is the best being from the east coast and having no imediate family here this community has always made me feel at home !

|Recommended: YesPerfect Place To Call Home — we loved it! i've been meaning to leave a good review for quite a while. we lived at windmill cove from 7/09 to 5/10 when we first got married and loved every minute of it. we had a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and loved the carpet, the storage (especially including the huge bedroom closet!), and the washer and dryer hookups. our favorite part was that it's a quiet community that we knew we could just come home, relax, and not be bothered. i would and have recommended this place to others and literally don't have anything negative to say. cory (or colbie??) was the manager when we first moved in but then anna was the manager for the majority of the time we were there after that. great management, great maintenance, great place. loved it. :)

|Recommended: YesFor An Apartment, It Is A Great Place To Live. — It is peaceful here, and I LOVE the sound proof walls. I rarely hear my neighbors.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice, Lots Of Trees, Friendly People, And They Care If Your Garbage Disposal Goes Out And Fix It Right Away! — pretty quiet, friendly, roomy apts, and the staff really seem like they care about the tenants.
|Recommended: YesIt Doesn't Get Better Than This! — My husband and I have loved every minute living at Windmill Cove. The leasing office staff is wonderful. If anything ever needs to be fixed the maintenance crew gets it done promptly. There are so many wonderful people that live here. It's a quiet family-oriented apartment community and will be hard to match this experience. We would stay if we weren't moving out of state. I highly recommend living here.
|Recommended: YesWe Love It Here — After selling our home that we lived in , trista grew up in.. and this is actually the first time she has lived in an apartment.. it is so much like living in a HOUSE.. the people are very nice, it is quiet.. very nice transition.. I am happy to call this my home.. I can see myself living here for a very very long time.. I feel so safe and comfortable here....everyone is so nice and friendly.. if anything needs to be fixed they fix it ... the staff are all very nice.. it is lkike a big happy family here.. I would recommend this place to anyone.. and everyone...

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live! — I love this place, i lived there for 13 months and then had to go out of the country for 2 months but now i am coming back and want to move back in so bad! Great and safe area, very nice management and maintenance people, great for children, huge one-bedroom apartments! Close to 1-15, south-towne mall and other important locations! A+!
