|Recommended: YesComfortable And Safe — windmill cove is a very quite apartment and safe. the rooms have so much space and rent is very reasonable for the service and space you get. the staff are incredible and very helpful in case you need maintenance or any other service. i am loving it here 7 starrrrrrrr
|Recommended: YesLooks Great — Everything appears lovely, but the appliances are as low budget and base model as they can come, for the amount you pay in rent, you'd think they wouldn't be so low budget.
I'm still waiting for the blinds in the living room to be fixed since I moved in in Feb.
Other than that I pay extra for the remodeled units, the paint is nice but not worth the extra I pay in comparison to my neighbors
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments For A Great Price — Overall, I love living at Windmill Cove. Noise is something I usually expect in an apartment complex, but here it's really not a problem. Every once in a while I will hear people walking around upstairs, but it's so rare I don't pay it any mind. Additionally, if you make noise complaints they actually DO something about it and give people warnings, which I appreciate. The staff is super nice and always helpful, including all of the guys who do maintenance and landscaping stuff. There is also a little fenced in dog park, which is super nice.
Last, I think these apartments are a great deal for the location and how nice they are. They aren't super new or updated, but they are nice enough and rent is super reasonable. They include some of the utilities water and sewage I think , and don't charge for things like a covered parking spot. We pay a little extra each month for our pet, but it's comparable to what we paid at our old apartment.
|Recommended: YesAffordable And Cozy. — I lived here with my parents when I first moved to Utah, and it was my first choice when it was time for me to move out of the house. The 3 bedroom I was in with my family when I moved here was a bit noisier since it was near a playground and other 3 bedroom apartments that had kids, but I never hear anything in my current one bedroom. The staff in the main office are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the maintenance comes the day after I submit the order online. My apartment had some damage from previous residents but that is to be expected. I love it here and plan on renewing my lease when the year ends.
|Recommended: YesComfortable, Safe, Family-Oriented Community With A Great Staff — The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are plush and well kept. Maintenance is prompt and the office staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. We love the fact that larger sized dogs are allowed here as most complexes do not accept them. Our kids are able to get on the school bus right at the entrance of the community which is very convenient. We plan to stay here at Windmill Cove until we purchase a home. Great place to live
|Recommended: YesAffordable, Good Location, Helpful Staff — I love it, it's a very family oriented community and residents stay for a long time, so you get to know your neighbors. The parking is pretty decent. The staff is really good about smoking complaints, basically if it bothers anyone they ask you to smoke away from the building. They're always more than willing to help, and try to be flexible if they can. We've been here two years and have loved it

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good Being My First Apartment. Cozy, Comfy. — Live here and find out for yourself. Its close to my work, no more commutes for me. Saves tons of gas, finally don't have to buy a new car every 5 yrs due to 120K miles from old place to work, less headaches to deal with, yard care taken care of, covered parking a pkus, garages available if need be.
