|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I absolutely love this complex. It was my first apartment and they made it all soo easy for me. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to resolve issues. All of the complaints I have are super minor but they are there. A lot of the stairs leading up to the apartments are broken so it makes tripping easy. The main park area floods REALLY bad when there is a big storm but I don't really mind seeing as how I have no kids . And the parking can be rough if you have more then 1 car per apartment. But I would not change my decision to live here for anything
|Recommended: YesVery Comfortable Place To Live — Apartments are nice open. Great amenities. Good amount of parking. Grounds are nice and seem to be well maintained. Staff are nice and always willing to answer my questions. Maintenance requests normally are taken care of quickly. Only negatives are that I have noisy upstairs neighbors and the windows are not the best quality.
|Recommended: YesIt's A Wonderful Community With Helpful Management — It's a good peaceful community. Close to I-15, close to shopping malls, restaurants, close to many grocery stores. The management and maintenance staffs are very helpful. We have 2 children's play area, other facilities like swimming pool, laundry, gym, bascketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, picnic area.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Community, Awesome Staff — I love living at Windmill Cove and am going on my 3rd year of residency. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. If needed, maintenance is quick. The location is great

|Recommended: YesGreat Complex, Love My Apartment — Positives This is the first time I've ever lived in an apartment and I like it much more than I thought I would. The rooms are large, there is not much noise, and my apartment overlooks the trees which I love The office staff is always courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled within 2 days. The other residents have always been friendly. The pool and exercise room are great.
Negatives Parking does get limited by the end of the night, but it's not too big of a deal. I wish the pool would stay open longer for the year it's hot still , and that the hot tub jets worked. Some people do throw things in front of rather than in the dumpsters, and the dog park can get smelly. These are things the residents should be taking care of though, and I think the staff take care of it as quickly as they can.
|Recommended: YesLove Apartments, Hate Parking Situation — We get one covered parking space per apartment, my husband and I take turns getting the covered parking or having to park at the front of the complex we are the farthest apartment in the back . Not very convenient.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Complex. Totally Recommend — Parking can be a bit spotty if you have more than 1 car and my downstairs neighbors occasionally played their music too loud.
But aside from those two minor things, Windmill Cove is a great complex. Great location, everything is well maintained, good price for how much space you get. Staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are responded to lightning fast.
I'd still be there if my job didn't take me out of state.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Friendly neighbors, great Management of properties, Management shows great empathy, they are quick to help with and solve any problems that come up. Management plans fun activities for all of the tenants to enjoy. Everyone seems to be considerate.
|Recommended: YesI Love Windmill Cove — The literal only issue is the parking. We have such a hard time when people come over, they all have to park clear at the front. That is honestly the smallest, teeniest issue. Because Windmill Cove is amazing otherwise. We've never had an issue with neighbors, we've never had an issue with maintenance, and we've never had an issue with staff. I genuinely love living here.

|Recommended: YesWindmill Cove Is A Great Apartment Complex — Nice, quiet area with great tenants. Management considers the needs of us very much and responds to inquiries and maintenance requests with urgency. Plenty of space, parking, and recreation. Not the newest apartments, but they are clean and have a great floor-plan.
