|Recommended: YesThis Is A Great Property, We Have Enjoyed Living Here. — The staff is very helpful and always friendly. If there is an maintenance issue, it is taken care of right away. Family friendly activities throughout the year are planned for the tenants. There are always people on the property cleaning up litter and leaves during the fall and winter months.

Windmill Cove is the best of nine apartment homes I have lived in over the last 40 years
|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — The staff is very helpful and nice, maintenance is very prompt. The neighbors are nice everyone stay to themselves and grounds are kept up very nice. The only down fall is parking .
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments Pet Friendly — I'm well in to my lease and i have never had any issues with any of the staff, any maintenance requests that i have filed were taken care of in 1-2 business days. Parking currently is difficult if you have more than 1 vehicle there seems to always be more covered parking than uncovered parking stalls. The complex is pet friendly and they recently added a second dog park to the grounds. I would and have recommend the Windmill Cove apartments to many friends and co workers.

|Recommended: YesI Don't Ever Want To Move — I absolutely love it here i can't hear my neighbors, the management is always so understanding and so helpful if you go to them with a problem they are ALWAYS willing to work around it they are always so reasonable and kind whenever i go in and answer any and all questions i have. They allow any breed and any size dogs i've seen dobermans, german shepherds, corgis, pitbulls the neighbors are all pretty friendly, overall i've had the best year here and hope to keep having MANY more
The best part is definitely the management, i've never had the pleasure to deal with nicer and more understanding people than the management here. i am deeply grateful for all they do, all the activities they plan, and the way they go out of their way to help their tenants
