The staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are updated and I love layouts, very spacious. I have wonderful neighbors. The office is very attentive, they also do special activities for the community, such as, on a hot day, come and grab an ice cream or balcony decorating contests. Just little things that make it a special place.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Safe And Well-Maintained — My first impression was that the office staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have needed a few maintenance things done, and they have responded promptly and with attention to detail. They have promptly cleaned out my dryer vent, repaired my garbage disposal, and fixed a few screws on my dishwasher. Also notable, they remove junk and boxes that get left by the dumpsters in a timely manner, and I am happy with the overall cleanliness of the area and the feeling of safety I have experienced here.

|Recommended: YesNice And Secure Place To Live — Residents in-general are friendly and respect each other. Property Staff are also very friendly. Specially special 5 start rating to April. I am a dog lover but can not have a dog because my wife does feel comfortable when it comes to handling a dog. In general I see people picking up the dog poop but there are some exceptions to that. .
