|Recommended: YesVery Comfortable, Great Staff, Great Location, Huge Rooms — So far, I LOVE it! The apartments are very spacy, comfortable layout, very friendly staff. Very helpful and affordable. The lighting is great and makes me feel safe. The parking is fantastic, and the grounds are very pretty and calming. Especially after living at a complex that was cramped, dark, and full of crime, this place is a breath of fresh air, literally! I am looking forward to being here for a very long time!

|Recommended: YesSimple, In A Very Good Way. — Easy. The apartment complex is fairly well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
|Recommended: YesSafe, Clean And Very Nice Place To Live — This is a clean and friendly place to live. I love the staff at the office and the very few maintenance requests I've had, have been dealt with immediately. My nieghbors are all nice and I have enjoyed my 3 yrs here.

|Recommended: YesEnjoy It. But Hate The Lack Of Parking!! — For the most part, it is extremely enjoyable. Its pretty quiet and we love the location. It's nice being able to pull out of the complex and see if it is a good idea to get on the freeway or not. However, the parking is not very convenient for our guests. they all have to walk across the ENTIRE complex just to get to our place. I also wish that the speed limit was enforced better. There are always tons of kids playing in the streets and running in and out of parking stalls. It's hard to see them and I'd hate to see anything bad happen. Plus a lot of people like to take the turns really sharp. We have almost gotten in several accidents because people fly around the sharp turns. I was thinking the big circular mirrors could really help visibility around the corners and by the mailbox. Our apartment is always freezing. We have tons of drafts throughout the entire apartment.

|Recommended: YesWe Love Windmill Cove — I would tell them that it is a great place to live. It is a very friendly atmosphere and that you get a lot for what you pay. My only regret, is that I wish we had a club house. There have been several times that I could have used it. But other than that, I love that there is a fitness center. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The management is awesome! Overall, we are very pleased to have found this place!
Thank you for saying all these nice things. I hope everyone else feels the same way. We do have a great community here. I wish we had more space for a clubhouse too, but I'm glad we are able to make up for it in other aspects. :-) We do have a few properties who do have clubhouses, and we could probably work something out with one of them if you are needing a clubhouse in the future. Let me know.

|Recommended: YesWindmill Cove — I have lived in my apt. for 9 months and I am very happy. It has been a great experience. I sold my house in Nephi and moved to Sandy, Utah. It was a hard adjustment but the management and neighbors have been so helpful. i wish there was more parking than just one stall per apt. My son needs a covered stall too especially during snowy days.

|Recommended: Yes6+ Months Living — Living here is very nice, I love being in the center of Sandy. The neighbors are nice and the living conditions are fantastic. The rent is at a reasonable price and there are no BS fees (I.E. Parking). I love living here and plan on living here till the day me and my family can afford our own home :)
